Invitation Folksam GP Stockholm Indoor

A World Athletics Indoor Tour Bronze meeting and part of the Swedish Folksam Grand Prix series. The meeting is organised by top athletic clubs Spårvägens FK and Hässelby SK

Location: Sätra Hall, Stockholm, Sweden

Date: Saturday 3 February 2024

Main meeting programme 

World Athletics ranking  level “C” for all 12 events in the main programme

Programme of events:

Men: 60m, 800 m, 1500 m, 60 m Hiurdles, Long jump, High jump

Women : 60 m, 400 m, 1500 m, Pole vault, Long jump, Shot put

Prize money for the 12 WIT-Bronze/C events, EUR 1250/event , totalt EUR 15000

1st 600, 2nd 350, 3rd 200, 4th 100

The tax rate in Sweden is 15% which will be deducted on all prize money and promotional fees.

*Special plan for Long jump  Men/Women.

The plan is to have a mixed competion on one run-way with up to 8 male and 8 female jumpers who will have 3 jumps each, and then the top 4 men and top 4 women will have 3 more jumps.

Stockholm Arlanda International (ARN) airport pick-up

Bromma City Airport (BMA) airport pick-up

Stockholm Skavsta Airport (NYO), airport bus to bus terminal where you will be met.

Travel contribution

If a travel contribution is agreed then it can cover the actual travel cost up to max EUR 350. Travel contribution must be agreed with athletes liaison at the time of confirmation of participation and full documentation of travel costs must be submitted at the time of invoicing.

A travel contribution of the actual travel cost up to max EUR 300 could be possible for coaches and AR:s  with at least 4 invited athlete in the main programme  if agreed beforehand with the Athlete Liaison.

For travel contribution which is backed up by travel documents there is no tax deduction   

Accommodation

Full board accommodation for invited athletes and confirmed coaches/AR:s 2 days at the official hotel in shared accommodation. 

For additional coaches /AR:s who are not confirmed by the Athlete Liaison we will charge EUR 200/day (shared accommodation) or EUR 300 (single room) IF accommodation is available!

Entries
We look forward to receiving your list of athletes who are definitely available and interested to compete in Sätra Hall, Stockholm on Saturday 3 February 2024 to our mail stockholmindoor@gmail.com.

We have received some mail with requests already, but please re-send your up-to-date list with definitely available and interested athletes.  

Full invoice instructions will be sent out after the meeting to all concerned.
