A World Athletics Continental Tour Bronze meeting and part of the Swedish Folksam Grand Prix series.

MAIN INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMME between 16:00-18:00

WA ranking status  “C”

 

Women: 100m, 800m, 3000m, 400m Hurdles, Long jump, High jump,  Discus, Shot put,

Men:  200m, 400m, 1500m, 400 m Hurdles, Long jump, Discus, Shot put

** PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROGRAMME CAN BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE **

The three field events -  long jump, shot put and discus will be staged as a “mixed” competitions with 6 or 7 athletes per gender having  at least 3 throws/jumps in rounds 1-3,  and then the top 4 men and top 4 women get to throw/jump the last 3 rounds,  4-6.

Prize money structure for main meeting events 
The prize money for the meeting is totally EUR 31,500 and the prize structures for the main international events;

 

Main programme events / EUR 2100/event

Women: 100m, 800m, 3000m, 400m Hurdles, Long jump, High jump, Discus, Shot put

Men: 200m, 400m, 1500m, 400m Hurdles, Long jump, Discus, Shot put

 

Prize money structure:

1/ EUR 1000, 2/EUR 500, 3/EUR 300, 4/ EUR 200, 5/ EUR 100

 The tax rate in Sweden is 15% which will be deducted on all prize money and promotional fees. For travel contribution which is backed up by travel documents there is no tax deduction.

 

NATIONAL PROGRAMME 

National events/ Pre-meeting  14.00- 15.45

Women: 100m, 400m Hurdles, Long jump, Discus, Shot put

Men: 200m, 400m, 400m Hurdles, Long jump, Discus, Shot put

 The field events,  Long jump, Discus, Shot put in the national programme will be staged as B-pools  connected to the same events in the main programme, the A-pools, and a combined result list of the results in the A-pool and the B-pool will be compiled to reward both prize money and WA ranking points. 

National events/Post-meeting , kl 18.00-19.30

Women: 800m, 3000m

Men: 800m, 1500m, 5000m

Last registration date is Thursday 4 June at 24.00 (CEST). Entry fee is SEK 150,-/event.

Stockholm Arlanda International (ARN)

Bromma City Airport (BMA)

Stockholm Skavsta Airport  (NYO)  airport bus and we meet athletes at  City bus terminal

 

TRAVEL

For invited and confirmed athletes in the main international events we can offer a travel contribution of the actual travel cost up to max EUR 400.

Travel contribution must be agreed with the athlete liaison at the time of confirmation of participation and for reimbursement the travel invoice must be backed up with receipts, booking confirmations or other travel documents.

The travel contributions for coaches / ARs with at least 4 invited and confirmed athletes in the main international events could be up to max EUR 300 IF agreed beforehand with the athlete liaison. 

 

ACCOMMODATION

For invited and confirmed athletes in the main international events we can offer full board accommodation 2 days at the official hotel, Scandic Star Sollentuna. This also applies to coaches/ARs if it has been agreed with the athlete liaison beforehand.
