Travelling to Malmö

Malmö is near Kastrup Airport (CPH) in Denmark.

 

Accommodation and meals

All participants will stay at Hotel Good Morning+ Malmö in double or single rooms. Breakfast and dinner will be served at the hotel and conference rooms can be arranged for e.g. team meetings.
Lunch will be served at Eric’s Bar & Restaurant, next to the arena.

All meals include dairy and gluten free alternatives. Please inform the organizers as soon as possible if you have any other special dietary requirements.

 

Hotel - Arena (Malmö Stadion)

From Hotel Good Morning+ Malmö to the Arena Malmö Stadion, it’s 650 meters and 9 minutes walk.

 

Costs

400 SEK per day (including lunch) for team members who don’t need overnight accommodation.

3100 SEK per team member, including:

  • Two nights in double room (Single rooms can be arranged for 3300 SEK)
  • 2 x breakfast — Saturday and Sunday
  • 2 x lunch — Saturday and Sunday
  • 2 x dinner — Friday and Saturday
  • Transportation to and from Kastrup in Denmark

1750 SEK per team member, including:

  • One night in double room, breakfast, lunch and dinner (Single rooms can be arranged for 1900 SEK)

Extra nights can be arranged at a cost of 1300 SEK / night.

 

Departures

The competition will end at 16:00 on Sunday to allow all participants a smooth transportation home, (see preliminary competition timetable). Buses will be arranged for transportation to the airport on Sunday.

 

Deadlines

Friday March 15th

  • Inform the organizers of your preliminary travelling schedules.
  • Inform the organizers of preliminary need of accommodation for your team, (single/double rooms).

Monday April 15th

  • Inform your finally traveling plans and need of accommodation for your team.

Wednesday May 8th

  • Final entry for athletes.
