Participation
• Participation fee, single room and meals – SEK 6100 (EUR 560) 
• Participation fee, double room and meals – SEK 5500 (EUR 505)
• Participation fee with meals – SEK 4400 (EUR 404) 
• Participation fee without meals – SEK 3500 (EUR 320)
The exchange rate is based on the rate as of June 1, 2026.

Registration and Payment

• Last registration date: 16th of October 2026.
• Upon registration, an invoice will be issued to the email address provided in the registration form. 
• The invoice must be paid within 10 days.
• Please note that your registration is not confirmed until the invoice has been paid in full. Any transfer or bank fees must be covered by the payer.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made before 23rd of October, 2026 → free of charge.
• Cancellations received after 23rd of October, 2026 → 50% of the registration fee will be charged.
• No refunds of the registration fee will be made after the 12th of November 2026.
